Payments made before 4:30 p.m. pacific time will be posted to your account the next business day. Payments made after 4:30 p.m. pacific time will be posted to your account within 2 business days. For each payment, you will receive a confirmation number for your records.

If your service has been disconnected or is scheduled to be disconnected, please contact our Customer Service department to notify if any payments have been made to restore service/prevent disconnection.
