St. Paul Regional Water Services Payment Portal is Restored

We are pleased to inform you that our online Payment Portal is now fully restored. You can now access all features in the portal.

As a reminder, late fees were temporarily suspended while the portal was not fully functional. Late fees will be reinstated for any bill created on or after November 1, 2025.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team worked to restore safe and reliable service. Your data remains protected, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security.

If you have questions about your account or experience any issues, please contact our Customer Service team at waterinquiries@ci.stpaul.mn.us or call (651) 266-6350. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Customers are highly encouraged to Register for a Customer Portal account. One time payments should be used ONLY for unique situations.
