Thank you for your patience as SPRWS continues to recover from a recent digital security issue. While online account access is being restored, bills are temporarily unavailable to view online.

To ensure you still receive your information on time, paper copies of your bill have been mailed. If you need a copy sooner, please contact our Customer Service team at 651-266-6350, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

✅ Now Available: Customers can once again make direct payments online.

- Viewing past and current bills
- Consumption data
