The City of Saint Paul is actively responding to a digital security incident that is temporarily impacting access to some internal systems including our bill payment system. Our teams are working closely with local, state, and federal partners to resolve the situation and restore full functionality.
Our online and telephone bill payment systems are currently unavailable, but we are now accepting in-person payments by cash and check at our office located at 1900 Rice Street. No late fees will be assessed during this period. Additional billing and service updates will be shared once systems are restored.
Customers are highly encouraged to Register for a Customer Portal account. One time payments should be used ONLY for unique situations.
