Customers are now able to make direct payments, but we are still working on restoring account specific settings. Items not available include but not limited to enrollment in autopay, the ability to view past and present bills and consumption data.

In addition, we are accepting payments by phone at 1-833--894-0922 as well as in-person by cash and check at our office located at 1900 Rice Street.

No late fees will be assessed until systems are fully restored.
